I had to pause my reading, because I let myself get angry enough to set off a headache. It's for me to rein in an outburst: "DOESN'T ANYONE HAVE ANY PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY ANYMORE!?"

I am OUTRAGED that this occurred… many individuals lives could have been saved by taking Ivermectin. The plot thickens in the story of how COVID was mishandled .

Lies, manipulation and compromised people in this whole story makes me further want to continue to do my own research!

I will share this!

Well done.

This is lot's of hard work, but there are those of still reading and learning all this time later, so you're not just pissing in the wind.

Corruption of clinical trials is well known by the very people who are the editors of the leading peer reviewed journals. As you likely know, two of the most prestigious journals of medicine are The Lancet and The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM).

Dr. Marcia Angell, Harvard physician and editor in chief of the NEJM said:

“It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor.”

Dr. Relman, another former editor in chief of the NEJM said this in 2002 - “The medical profession is being bought by the pharmaceutical industry, not only in terms of the practice of medicine, but also in terms of teaching and research. The academic institutions of this country are allowing themselves to be the paid agents of the pharmaceutical industry. I think it’s disgraceful.”

Richard Horton, editor in chief of the Lancet said:

“The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses, and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness” (2). Horton R. Offline: What is medicine’s 5 sigma? [Last accessed August 5, 2015]. www.thelancet.com. Available from: http://www.thelancet.com/pdfs/journals/lancet/PIIS0140-6736%2815%2960696-1.pdf.

It should come as no surprise that the Together Trial was corrupt. What can be done about this is an entirely different matter. Until journals are made to prevent this type of collusion with industry, we cannot trust any "scientific" evidence.

I am sure Tess Lawrie will be awaiting further Revelations with baited breath. Andrew Hill should be in prison for what he did.

I believe the trend of ivermectin being much more beneficial to older patients than younger patients (which makes logical sense) is overall quite consistent across other ivermectin trials as well, such that in general the trials enrolling older patients were much more likely to have successful results. IIRC this same trend of a larger benefit in older patients was seen within the Paxlovid trial as well. I noticed that almost all of the designed-to-fail large ivermectin trials that the establishment loves to gleefully gloat over had ridiculously young patient populations with average age around 50 or less, and some even had an average age under 40!

C’mon, Man! How we gonna make 50 new billionaires on ivermectin? Or get the world so scared they voluntarily relinquish their liberty? How we gonna ensure the next lockdown - for the “climate change” hoax - goes off without a hitch?

> This substack has not had an update in a while, and so the first article had to be something good

I was recently randomly thinking about this blog and missing it, and boy you didn't disappoint!

> Our focus is on how a very influential RCT on early treatment for COVID appears riddled with ethical and scientific issues, with but few calling it to task.

I think this is the key point. Policy makers need to be pressured to zoom out and realize that they had a chance to do really good RCTs all-around: on masks, on social distancing, on vaccines, on non-vaccine treatments, and so on, and they failed pretty much completely on all fronts. And this Ivermectin trial can be a great wedge to start the discussion. It might be worth doing a round on podcasts about it and continuously doing the zoom out. There's enough intrigue and details in the ivermectin trial to make the story interesting and all the while it's a great microcosm of the bigger issues. Not only did they often not do the RCTs, but even when they did, they did them poorly!

I’m sure Dr. Tess Lawrie will have comments regarding Andrew Hill.

Thank you for your work sorting through this mess.

I think you are right, they have bitten off more than they can chew. Like a drowning man they are very dangerous now. They may do anything to preserve their elite position.

It may sound crazy but I wonder if all the turmoil in the world and I include wars is not so much a distraction but a willingness to exert so much pressure on us that they are free to act against us without recourse. Such as immediate and complete censorship, immediate and complete suspension of civil rights. Lets keep pressure on them but be aware they are powerful, highly motivated and obviously not morally tempered by common decency.

Dr. Tess Lawrie's work, and her "uncovering" of Andrew Hill's malfeasance, were one of the MANY straws that put a severe strain on the camel's back of the official covid dumpster fire narrative. No longer can I be surprised about the fact that IVM was attacked for financial reasons. This article adds yet another log on that raging fire. What troubles me the most, and probably will trouble for the foreseeable future, is how many ostensible members of Team Reality make bold statements like, "IVM hasn't been shown to work via RCT" on places like Twitter. Am I living in an alternate reality, or are these supposed champions of reality and truth just as FOS as people like Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates?

My old sign off line

IVERMECTIN/Hydroxy work, Who knew, When did they know

My new sign off line

We have moved from fight back to accountability. We need to know, who actually suppressed the early treatments, how many people died for it.

Arm yourself with information. They are coming hard now.

Amazing work, doc! Great analysis and explanation of it for us who would not know how and what to look for in these trials.

Mille grazie!
